We are seeking a Project Coordinator who is skilled in overseeing the lifecycle of complex projects and excels in stakeholder communication in a fast-paced, innovative environment.
Your role
Coordinate and implement onboarding and offboarding processes for projects funded by European and national agencies.
Monitor and report on resource allocation, KPIs, and performance metrics, ensuring transparent communication with all stakeholders.
Facilitate the execution of agreements and contracts, aligning with project objectives and deliverables.
Assist in managing, controlling, and assuring the quality of third-party funded projects, coordinating effectively between our project teams and external parties.
Your profile
University degree in a technical or scientific field
Proven experience (3+ years) as a Project Manager or in a similar role
Strong understanding of project management methodologies, tools, and techniques
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities
Ability to work well in cross-functional teams
Proficiency in project management software and tools
Analytical mindset with problem-solving capabilities
