SC17 will bring together the international supercomputing community in Denver, Colorado, USA, for a week of HPC, networking, data science, cloud computing and of course discussion on how to improve the diversity and inclusion in the HPC community. We are delighted to be taking part once again, and hosting a wide variety of activities. We hope to meet as many of our members, supporters and advocates as possible during the SC17 week.

Register
Each of our activities requires separate registration. Please ensure you have the correct registration for the event(s) you wish to attend.
- Workshop: To register for the Women in HPC@SC17 workshop please register for a workshop pass at SC17.
- BoFs: To register for either of the Women in HPC BoFs please register for an SC17 Technical Program and/or SC17 Exhibit pass at SC17.
- Evening Cocktail Reception: Registration will be via Eventbrite and will open soon.
- Mentoring Breakfast: invitation only.
We would like to encourage everyone who has an interest in the equal representation of women to attend our events and activities, irrespective of their gender. Any of our activities that are part of the SC17 conference program (the workshop and BoFs) must be registered for by completing an SC17 registration. WHPC has no control over the SC17 registration procedure. Please make sure you take out the correct conference pass for the WHPC activities that you wish to participate in (full details below).

Our evening celebration and mentoring breakfast are free to attend thanks to the kind support of our sponsors.
For the Workshop and BoF, prices vary depending on the type of SC17 pass taken out. Early bird discounts are available until October 15 2017. Please ensure that you have purchased the correct pass for the event you wish to attend as on-site registration can be significantly more expensive.
Please note WHPC is not responsible for the workshop and BoF registration, this is entirely managed by the organisers of SC17. Visa letter requests must be made to the SC17 conference (details available here).
