We want everyone to have a wonderful time at our Networking Reception. We also understand that every day of SC is packed with sessions, programs, events and opportunities – not to mention – it can get very cold in Denver! To save you time and hopefully some waiting – this year we will be opening up the opportunity to collect your wristband prior to the start of the event.
You will be able to pick-up your event wristband from:
- The WHPC Workshop on November 13, 2023
- The following exhibitors during the November 13, 2023 Exhibitor Gala:
- Alces Flight, Booth #224
- BeeGFS, Booth #1563
How to Pick-Up Early – Workshop
Before the workshop starts and during breaks a volunteer for WHPC will be holding a list of registered names and wristbands. Simply line up and get your name checked off the list. Wristbands this year are also keepsakes, meaning you can take them on and off. They are also waterproof and glow in the dark!
How to Pick-Up from the Exhibitor Gala + General Exhibition
List will be split by last name… if your last name is…
A-M, then head to Alces Flight. They can be found at booth #224.
N-Z, then head to Fraunhofer/BeeGFS. They can be found at booth #1563
Note, you can pick up your wristband from the event itself – so don’t panic if you can’t pick it up early. We’ll see you at the reception!
