By bringing together women from across the international HPC community, as well as the leaders, managers and hirers who can bring about change and provide allies and advocacy for the work of women WHPC showcases the talent of these women, provides opportunities to network and inspires the current and next generation of women HPC professionals while working with the community to bring about cultural change to improve the under-representation of women in supercomputing.
