ISC24 Poster Series - Celebrating Early Career Women in HPC

Lighting Talks: 2:15 PM to 2:30 PM – Hall G, Third Floor

Poster Reception: 3:30 PM to 5:30 PM – Foyer D-G

We are pleased to announce the continuation of our Early Career Poster series, now officially part of the ISC24 conference series.

This year our posters will be displayed alongside all ISC authors in the Congress Center Hamburg (CCH), Foyer D-G. Poster display dates are May 13th – 15, 2024.

This year we are pleased to announce our poster authors are also officially part of the ISC24 Poster Lightning Talk Series. To see our speakers in action please head to Hall G1, 2nd Floor on May 14th between 2:15 PM and 2:30 PM.

ISC attendees can come and meet our authors in person at the Networking Reception, planned for Tuesday, May 14th from 3:30 – 5:30 PM. This event is part of our Diversity Day celebrations, so be sure to grab your WHPC shirt from the Exhibitor Gala (or wear a shirt from a past or related WHPC event) to show your support for greater inclusivity in HPC.

Networking Reception

JOIN US AT OUR NETWORKING RECEPTION

We are excited to announce our networking reception will take place on May 13, 2023 from 15.30 – 17.30 in Foyer D-G of the CCH right in front of this years selected women in HPC posters. This event is a great opportunity to meet our talented authors, catch-up with friends, and expand your network.

ISC has invited us to be a part of their main event and is contributing to our reception alongside of our incredible supporters. You will need an Exhibition Badge or higher to attend.

Buffet Menu including:

Bagels with tomato and mozzarella
Falafel with yoghurt dip
Waffle bike
Drinks:
- Soda and Apple Fizz
- Champagne
- Orange Juice
- Tea and Coffee
