The Programme

Applications for 2020 are now Open.
WHPC’s Fellowship Programme provides funding for conference and event attendance to women who wish to improve their careers and work to help WHPC achieve our vision and mission.
Each Fellow is supported to attend a specific conference including airfare, registration and accommodation.
Fellowship status is awarded for the period of 12 months from the date of award and during this time our Fellows are asked to support the vision of WHPC and act as Champion for the organizations work.

The main goals of the programme are to improve the representation of women in HPC, their opportunities and careers as well as inspiring the next generation of women in HPC. We encourage our Fellows to actively engage in the activities put together by WHPC and to act as volunteers and ambassadors of good inclusion practice in their own area.

Our Fellows will come from a wide variety of background, experience, and career stages. What they will have in common is a passion for HPC, the ability to communicate their ideas effectively, and a real interest in promoting the role of women and other under-represented groups in the HPC community.

The Fellowship role empowers people to talk to a wider audience about the role of inclusion in the workplace, to develop their leadership potential and build a network and community to further their career. They can network with others who share their interests, and learn new skills that benefit both themselves and their collaborators.

If you have any questions about the Fellowship, please contact us.
