The conference will feature a dedicated Diversity and Inclusion track, chaired by Aditi Subramanya, a member of the WHPC+ Australasian Chapter. The track also includes representation from the Taiwan and Central European Chapters.
We are also very happy to announce that the Central European, JüWinHPC, and MAR Chapters will be presenting the Super(computing) Heroes Birds of a Feather (BoF) session for the first time at SCA/HPCAsia. This well-established and highly successful event has previously taken place at both ISC and SC, and now continues to broaden its reach and impact within the HPC community through SCA/HPCAsia. The BoF session will be held on Thursday, January 29, 2026, from 11:30–12:30 in Room 1101.

About SCA/HPCAsia 2026
The SupercomputingAsia (SCA) is a major annual international HPC event in Asia established in 2018. The conference is co-organized by HPC centers from Australia, Japan, Singapore, and Thailand, and has become a key networking and collaboration platform for the regional and global supercomputing community, for both the public and private sectors.
The International Conference on High Performance Computing in Asia-Pacific Region (HPCAsia) is an international conference series for the Asia Pacific region on HPC technologies, that promote exchange of ideas, research results, and case studies related to all issues of high-performance computing.
In Osaka, SCA and HPCAsia cooperate again and jointly host SCA/HPCAsia 2026. The collaborative and collective strength from two of Asia’ s established conferences creates synergy among key HPC researchers, academics, technology specialists and industry leaders from across the region and beyond. Under the title “Everything with HPC – AI, Cloud, QC and the Future Society,” AI, cloud and QC communities along with supercomputing community are invited to get together to create the future.
